- We work for the continuous improvement of our warehousing & distribution processes, security processes, fulfilling of legal regulations, and any other regulation plan committed by Transcargo. To carry out this improvement, an annual security working plan has been established, detailing global and individual objectives. Transcargo's Global security improvements are:
- Lower occurrence probability levels of the most important risks.
- Writing (Analysis and Solution) of incidents to security, with a minimum quantity by staff member, in order to increment the Transcargo security pro-activeness scope.
- Monthly Security meetings by Dpt.
- Global improvements on Performance KPI's, exceeding minimum scores on each studied item.
- Comply with ISO 28000 Standard.
- Relevant security procedure identification, critical procedure identification and the approval of all critical and a procedure minimum.
- Warehouse area planning to comply with the Supply Chain Security management requirements.
- Creation and implementation of a basic supply chain security training module for all staff members (also has to be useful for induction to new staff members).
- Transcargo is also committed with the implementation of security and controlling measures applicable to our packing, warehousing, dispatch/shipping, transport processes and documentation processes. These implementations allow our organization to comply with the standards of the supply chain control and security in the international commerce. To achieve this we have clearly bounded the span of the standard's scope, we utilize proactive tools to evaluate and control threatens to the supply chain security, and also establish a risk management program as part of the management on the security on the supply chain as part of the management system.
- Our Policy is conveyed to customers, providers, authorities and any other relevant party related to our commercial activities, trying to motivate and to involve all aforesaid agents in the compliance of the principles ruling our security management on supply chain.
